Dr. Neil Cadwell has been in evangelism for over 47 years. For the last 11 years he has been founder and President of the Slavic Baptist Institute in Ukraine. SBI has graduates serving as pastors, youth pastors, missionaries, choir directors, camp directors, children's ministries workers and Sunday school teachers. They serve in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and the country of Moldova. Dr. Cadwell has been a member of Grace Baptist Church for over 30 years.
